Si le projet candidat est particuli\u00e8rement reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un territoire, il est demand\u00e9 d\u2019expliquer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment comment il pourrait \u00eatre dupliqu\u00e9 et\/ou \u00e9tendu \u00e0 d\u2019autres territoires.
