Concr\u00e8tement, si la \u00ab&nbsp;bonne ambiance&nbsp;\u00bb au travail est toujours \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour, le nouvel acronyme remet \u00e9galement en exergue la responsabilit\u00e9 des employeurs en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de risques au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technidata-web.com\/fr\/\">TECHNIDATA<\/a>, la QVCT est prise en compte depuis longtemps, autour de 3 axes forts\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Aur\u00e9lie Grimot, responsable des Ressources Humaines au sein de l\u2019\u00e9diteur logiciel\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>La confiance<\/strong>\u00a0: entre la direction, le middle management et les \u00e9quipes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La proximit\u00e9 &amp; la coh\u00e9sion<\/strong>\u00a0: avec de nombreux temps forts, dont les Olympiades, \u00ab\u00a0formidable outil pour cr\u00e9er du lien\u00a0\u00bb, mais aussi 2 soir\u00e9es festives par an dont une toute r\u00e9cente pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les 30 ans de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le bien-\u00eatre au travail<\/strong>. Un bien-\u00eatre qui passe tout d\u2019abord par un bon \u00e9quilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie priv\u00e9e avec par exemple une charte de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail mais aussi des conditions de travail am\u00e9lior\u00e9es avec notamment un projet en cours de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des locaux. Et se retrouver tous en tee-shirt baskets pour les d\u00e9fis sportifs permet de casser les codes et de favoriser le d\u00e9cloisonnement au profit de la coop\u00e9ration.
