Elle traverse aujourd\u2019hui toutes les organisations, tous les m\u00e9tiers et toutes les tailles d\u2019entreprise. Dans un contexte de tension, de transformations rapides et de surcharge chronique, savoir rep\u00e9rer les signaux de fragilit\u00e9 psychologique et adopter les bons r\u00e9flexes devient un enjeu humain, manag\u00e9rial\u2026 et strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est \u00e0 ce sujet que le Club RH d\u2019Inovall\u00e9e a consacr\u00e9 sa derni\u00e8re rencontre, en partenariat avec EtioNov, cabinet de sant\u00e9 mentale pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anim\u00e9e par St\u00e9phanie Balbo, fondatrice d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/etionov.fr\/\">EtioNov<\/a>, et Julie Falhun, consultante et formatrice en sant\u00e9 mentale, la session a r\u00e9uni les responsables RH et managers du territoire autour d\u2019un objectif clair :<br>\ud83d\udc49 mieux comprendre, mieux rep\u00e9rer, mieux accompagner, sans se substituer aux professionnels de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi parler de sant\u00e9 mentale au travail aujourd\u2019hui ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques chiffres rappellent l\u2019ampleur du sujet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 personne sur 4 conna\u00eetra un trouble psychique au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e (OMS),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La sant\u00e9 mentale repr\u00e9sente 163 milliards d\u2019euros de co\u00fbt en France,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En entreprise, elle p\u00e8se jusqu\u2019\u00e0 14 000 \u20ac par salari\u00e9 et par an (absent\u00e9isme, d\u00e9sengagement, erreurs, turn-over),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>34 % des salari\u00e9s sont en situation d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel, dont 13 % en burn-out s\u00e9v\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 La sant\u00e9 mentale n\u2019est pas un sujet individuel isol\u00e9 : elle est directement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019organisation du travail, aux pratiques manag\u00e9riales et aux contextes collectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sant\u00e9 mentale : un continuum, pas un tout ou rien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un message cl\u00e9 partag\u00e9 lors du Club RH : la sant\u00e9 mentale est un \u00e9tat fluctuant, situ\u00e9 sur un continuum allant du bien-\u00eatre \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 ponctuelle, jusqu\u2019au trouble durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle r\u00e9sulte toujours d\u2019une combinaison de facteurs biologiques, psychologiques et sociaux.<br>Bonne nouvelle : le r\u00e9tablissement est possible, \u00e0 condition de rep\u00e9rer t\u00f4t et de ne pas laisser la situation s\u2019installer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u201csignaux pas si faibles\u201d : apprendre \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer le changement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le c\u0153ur de la matin\u00e9e a port\u00e9 sur le rep\u00e9rage des signaux faibles, souvent visibles bien avant qu\u2019une situation ne se d\u00e9grade s\u00e9rieusement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux types de signaux \u00e0 observer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comportementaux : retrait social, isolement, retards r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, erreurs inhabituelles, agitation excessive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9motionnels : irritabilit\u00e9, hypersensibilit\u00e9, pessimisme, perte de confiance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cognitifs : troubles de la concentration, ind\u00e9cision, pertes de m\u00e9moire, procrastination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relationnels : conflits r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, repli, contr\u00f4le excessif, difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physiques : fatigue persistante, troubles du sommeil, douleurs, variations d\u2019app\u00e9tit ou de poids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbaux : \u201cje n\u2019en peux plus\u201d, \u201cje n\u2019y arrive plus\u201d, discours d\u00e9valorisant ou catastrophiste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La r\u00e8gle d\u2019or rappel\u00e9e par les intervenantes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Ce n\u2019est pas un signe isol\u00e9 qui alerte, mais le changement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>son intensit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sa dur\u00e9e (au-del\u00e0 de 2 \u00e0 3 semaines),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sa rupture avec le fonctionnement habituel de la personne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Il ne faut pas tout comprendre pour pouvoir aider. Il suffit d\u2019\u00eatre l\u00e0. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managers et RH : un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9, sans \u00eatre psychologue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un point fort du Club RH : d\u00e9dramatiser le r\u00f4le des managers et RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Vous n\u2019avez pas \u00e0 poser un diagnostic.<br>\ud83d\udc49 Vous avez un r\u00f4le de rep\u00e9rage, d\u2019\u00e9coute et d\u2019orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s l\u2019apparition d\u2019un mal-\u00eatre ou de signaux faibles, le r\u00f4le manag\u00e9rial commence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REX \u2013 Bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils RH : 7 tips pour agir concr\u00e8tement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705 Tip 1 \u2013 Ne jamais minimiser un mal-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il semble \u201cl\u00e9ger\u201d ou temporaire.<br>La minimisation est souvent le premier frein \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705 Tip 2 \u2013 Rep\u00e9rer avant de comprendre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observez <strong>ce qui a chang\u00e9<\/strong>, depuis quand, et dans quel contexte (charge, organisation, \u00e9quipe, management).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705 Tip 3 \u2013 Ouvrir un espace de dialogue s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exprimer une inqui\u00e9tude factuelle et bienveillante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Je te sens diff\u00e9rent\u00b7e en ce moment, je m\u2019inqui\u00e8te pour toi.
