Une probl\u00e9matique qu\u2019il a d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9tay\u00e9e dans son ouvrage\u00a0: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.favi.com\/management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le petit patron na\u00eff et paresseux\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/a>.<br \/>\nCette conf\u00e9rence s\u2019adresse donc \u00e0 tous ceux qui s\u2019interrogent sur le principe de <strong>\u00ab\u00a0l\u2019entreprise lib\u00e9r\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.
