font-size: x-small;\">LE POSTE :&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">Rattach\u00e9(e) au responsable en charge du projet au niveau France, le (la) Chef d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe transition Service Clients   ADV est en charge de :<\/span><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">&#8211; Organiser la transition pendant la phase de transfert des \u00e9quipes entre les diff\u00e9rents secteurs actuels et l&#8217;emplacement futur (projet de centralisation de ces m\u00e9tiers)<\/span><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">&#8211; Organiser le transfert et la passation des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 op\u00e9rer&nbsp;<\/span><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">&#8211; Superviser la facturation des clients en compte<\/span><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">&#8211; Contr\u00f4ler le respect des proc\u00e9dures administratives li\u00e9es au cycle de vente (Saisie et suivi des   R\u00e9clamations, bonne utilisation des typologies d&rsquo;avoirs, respect des contr\u00f4les internes&#8230;)<\/span><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">&#8211; Suivre la performance de son service en \u00e9ditant et analysant les indicateurs et proposer des actions d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration \u00e0 son responsable Manager et accompagner les \u00e9quipes associ\u00e9es, notamment les aider dans leurs probl\u00e8mes techniques et \/ou d&rsquo;organisation pour g\u00e9rer leurs t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.<\/span><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">&#8211; Editer les indicateurs (Taux d&rsquo;avoir, Temps de traitement, suivi des appels perdus, ventes au comptant non sold\u00e9es) et les analyser pour d\u00e9terminer avec son responsable des plans d&rsquo;action.<\/span><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><br style=\"background-color: white; background-repeat: no-repeat; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\" \/><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 16px;\">Le poste n\u00e9cessite une forte r\u00e9activit\u00e9, autonomie et implication, et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 maitriser les diff\u00e9rents outils et \u00e0 comprendre les interactions entre eux .
