LE POSTE : <\/b><\/span>
Dans le cadre de la politique financi\u00e8re globale de l\u2019entreprise, le Gestionnaire Comptes Clients assure la gestion des en-cours et du risque client afin de faire respecter les d\u00e9lais de r\u00e8glement, de s\u00e9curiser le chiffre d\u2019affaires et d\u2019accro\u00eetre la rentabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Garantir la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique de relance clients<\/b><\/span>
–<\/span> Analyse les historiques de d\u00e9lais de r\u00e8glement par type de client.<\/span>–<\/span> <\/span>Effectue les relances pr\u00e9ventives et curatives n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9gulariser les comptes, en fonction de la balance \u00e2g\u00e9e des Clients.<\/span>–<\/span> <\/span>Adapte les relances en fonction d\u2019une typologie de client.<\/span>–<\/span> <\/span>Participe \u00e0 des visites clients cibl\u00e9s et communique avec les \u00e9quipes de ventes et l\u2019administration commerciale.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Assurer la gestion des cr\u00e9ances<\/b><\/span>
–<\/span> <\/span>Suit les encours clients.<\/span>–<\/span> <\/span>Analyse<\/span> <\/span>et suit la r\u00e9alisation par le Centre de Service Partag\u00e9<\/span> <\/span>des encaissements : saisie des ch\u00e8ques, LCR, pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements SEPA, ainsi que des remboursements Clients.<\/span>–<\/span> <\/span>Assure le suivi des litiges Clients.<\/span>–<\/span> <\/span>G\u00e8re les Clients douteux : r\u00e9alise et communique au Responsable Cr\u00e9dit Clients les enqu\u00eates de solvabilit\u00e9, met en place les plans d\u2019action, Applique la proc\u00e9dure de recouvrement des factures impay\u00e9es : courrier recommand\u00e9, mise en contentieux,<\/span> <\/span>facturation de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 de retard.<\/span>

PROFIL : <\/b><\/span>
Vous ma\u00eetrisez votre d\u00e9veloppement professionnel. Vous recherchez l\u2019entreprise qui vous donnera l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de vous d\u00e9velopper et d\u2019imprimer votre marque et ce, quels que soient votre fonction, votre lieu de travail. – Bac + 2 \/3<\/span> <\/span>en<\/span> <\/span>Gestion \/ Comptabilit\u00e9 ou \u00e9quivalent<\/span>– Premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience sur un poste \u00e9quivalent souhait\u00e9e<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
