St Ericsson et Soitec ont rejoint l\u2019association en 2010, l\u2019UDIMEC en 2012. \u00a0Il part de 3 principes : l\u2019attachement des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs bassins d\u2019emploi, leurs aspirations \u00e0 une mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e0 un moment de leur carri\u00e8re et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les entreprises d\u2019adapter constamment leurs effectifs et comp\u00e9tences.<br \/>\nLe principe\u00a0: le salari\u00e9 d\u2019une entreprise adh\u00e9rente au PMR qui a besoin de retrouver du sens et de se ressourcer \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur pour explorer de nouveaux horizons professionnels fait appel au PMR de fa\u00e7on anonyme et confidentielle via le num\u00e9ro vert <strong>0 811 091\u00a0997.<\/strong><br \/>\nLe PMR peut accompagner le salari\u00e9 dans sa mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle, et l\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 de nouveaux horizons en l\u2019immergeant dans une autre entreprise via deux dispositifs\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aliz\u00e9\u00a0: m\u00e9c\u00e9nat de comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<li>Passerelle\u00a0: pr\u00eat de salari\u00e9<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Le m\u00e9c\u00e9nat\u00a0: des ressources conseils ponctuelles (3 \u00e0 15 jours)<\/h3>\n<p>Le m\u00e9c\u00e9nat permet \u00e0 une startup, TPE ou PME porteuse d\u2019un projet de d\u00e9veloppement pour lequel elle a besoin de comp\u00e9tences, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier gratuitement 3 \u00e0 15 jours maximum de conseil, r\u00e9partis sur la dur\u00e9e du projet). Organisation, management, RH, gestion, finance, production \u2026 les startups peuvent s&rsquo;appuyer 1 \u00e0 2 jours par semaine sur une expertise externe pour faire avancer leur projet.<\/p>\n<h3>Le pr\u00eat de salari\u00e9\u00a0: des comp\u00e9tences s\u00e9niors \u00e0 temps plein (6 \u00e0 18 mois)<\/h3>\n<p>Le dispositif Passerelle pilot\u00e9 par le PMR permet aux startup, TPE et PME de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du soutien des salari\u00e9s exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes pour une p\u00e9riode de 6, 12 ou 18 mois, \u00e0 des conditions financi\u00e8res avantageuses qui d\u00e9pendent de la dur\u00e9e du contrat (une partie du salaire est factur\u00e9, l&rsquo;autre est prise en charge par l&rsquo;ETI). Un dispositif int\u00e9ressant pour enrichir son \u00e9quipe de ressources exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es dans une phase critique et\/ou de s\u00e9curiser un recrutement \u00e0 venir en testant sa future recrue sur le terrain sur une p\u00e9riode longue.<\/p>\n<h3>Des dispositifs gagnant \/ gagnant \/ gagnant<\/h3>\n<p>Pour le salari\u00e9, qui peuvent valoriser leurs exp\u00e9riences et comp\u00e9tences, concr\u00e9tiser leur projet de mobilit\u00e9 interne ou externe, d\u00e9couvrir des opportunit\u00e9s de reconversion et enrichir leur parcours professionnel, mais aussi retrouver un nouveau souffle qui leur donne envie de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer leur entreprise initiale avec un autre regard, une nouvelle \u00e9nergie et de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de travailler.<br \/>\nPour l\u2019ETI, qui offre ainsi des solutions de mobilit\u00e9 externe mais aussi interne \u00e0 ses seniors dans le cadre de sa GPEC, qui contribue au d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises et des emplois locaux, et qui peut \u00e9galement redonner un souffle d\u2019innovation en interne lorsque ses salari\u00e9s r\u00e9-int\u00e8grent leur poste apr\u00e8s une immersion en startup.<br \/>\nPour la startup ou la PME, qui peut s\u2019appuyer sur des comp\u00e9tences exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es qu\u2019elle n\u2019aurait pas les moyens financiers de s\u2019offrir pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer son projet.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment \u00e7a marche\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Les deux dispositifs reposent sur la base du volontariat de la part des salari\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLe PMR se charge ainsi de collecter les profils et leurs envies d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, et les offres de missions des startups et TPE de l\u2019autre (en 2017, plus de 400 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pole-de-mobilite-regional.com\/vous-etes-une-entreprise\/offres-de-missions\/\">missions<\/a> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es.
