C&rsquo;est autour de Michel Cezon, coach sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;accompagnement des start-up et de leurs dirigeants, multi-entrepreneurs et business angel, fondateur du cabinet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogiteo.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cogiteo<\/a>, qui jouait le r\u00f4le de catalyseur en animant un mini-atelier ludique et interactif sur les grandes questions du cr\u00e9ateur. Motivations du cr\u00e9ateur et de ses associ\u00e9s (et divergences \u00e9ventuelles !), ad\u00e9quation de son projet \u00e0 ses valeurs, soutien de la famille, leadership, degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;implication, perception du risque et des opportunit\u00e9s &#8230; sont autant de moteurs de la r\u00e9ussite ou de l&rsquo;\u00e9chec des start-up. Car comme le rappelle Michel Cezon, si produit, march\u00e9 et business model sont \u00e9videmment centraux dans le d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9ussi d&rsquo;une entreprise, l&rsquo;humain dans sa globalit\u00e9 n&rsquo;en reste pas moins que LE facteur cl\u00e9.
