POSTE<\/b>
\u00b7 Rapportant au Responsable Application Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Information, vous avez pour missions
principales de :
– Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs dans le respect des objectifs qualit\u00e9 du service
– Participer \u00e0 la mise en oeuvre d\u2019actions correctives ou pr\u00e9ventives pour diminuer la charge de
support
– Assurer la surveillance du r\u00e9seau et de l\u2019infrastructure \u00e0 l’aide des outils de supervision
– Assurer l’installation, la gestion du stock et la maintenance du parc de PC de l’entreprise
– Participer \u00e0 la mise en oeuvre de solutions et d\u2019outils afin d\u2019automatiser les t\u00e2ches de gestion
de parc<\/span><\/span>

CANDIDAT<\/b>
\u00b7 De formation Bac + 2 (BTS ou DUT) en Informatique (Syst\u00e8mes et R\u00e9seaux, T\u00e9l\u00e9coms), avec une
exp\u00e9rience de 1 \u00e0 2 ans sur un poste similaire, vous disposez de comp\u00e9tences en :
– Installation de poste de travail en environnement WINDOWS 7 et 8.
– Maintenance mat\u00e9rielle et logicielle de parc informatique.
– Interconnexions type (CISCO, ARKOON, FORTINET\u2026), syst\u00e8mes d\u2019exploitation (Linux,
Windows) et bases de donn\u00e9es (SQL, Oracle).
– Environement VMWARE avec backup par logiciel VEEAM<\/span><\/span>

\u00b7 Des capacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement logiciel, m\u00eame mineures, seraient un plus.<\/span><\/span>

\u00b7 Rigoureux(se), polyvalent(e), autonome et dynamique, votre capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse, votre
enthousiasme et votre sens du service sont des atouts pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 ce poste.<\/span><\/span>
