Dans le cadre de son d\u00e9veloppement actuel elle recherche un(e) chef de projets \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel<\/b>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Au sein de notre d\u00e9partement Ev\u00e9nements, vous \u00eates responsable du pilotage et de la r\u00e9alisation d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, soir\u00e9e de gala, s\u00e9minaires,…. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Vous participez \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition des projets \u00e9v\u00e9nementiels : r\u00e9daction du storyboard en int\u00e9grant la culture de l’entreprise cliente, identification des prestataires et r\u00e9daction de l’offre commerciale. Vous d\u00e9finissez les plannings et le budget. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Durant la phase de production de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement, vous assurez l’interface avec les clients et r\u00e9alisez le pilotage des diff\u00e9rents intervenants et fournisseurs en coh\u00e9rence avec le cahier des charges. Vous r\u00e9alisez le suivi logistique et administratif de l’affaire jusqu’\u00e0 sa livraison et \u00e0 l’\u00e9tablissement du bilan financier.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

De formation Bac+3 \u00e0 Bac+5, vous ma\u00eetrisez la gestion de projet (suivi de planning et de budget), le pilotage de prestataires, et la gestion de clients. Vous avez une exp\u00e9rience d’au minimum 3 ans dans l’organisation d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements corporate : montage d’offres et mise en oeuvre. Vous savez piloter plusieurs projets en parall\u00e8le.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Vous \u00eates tr\u00e8s organis\u00e9(e), rigoureux(se) et m\u00e9ticuleux(se) et avez le sens du service et de l’hospitalit\u00e9 (qualit\u00e9 d’\u00e9coute et empathie). Vous avez un tr\u00e8s bon sens pratique, vous \u00eates cr\u00e9atif(ve), autonome, r\u00e9actif(ve), exigent(e) et poss\u00e9dez de bonnes qualit\u00e9s r\u00e9dactionnelles. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Vous \u00eates \u00e0 l’aise avec la client\u00e8le affaires et l’encadrement de groupe. Enfin, vous parlez Anglais et ma\u00eetrisez le pack Office. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
