Apr\u00e8s avoir fait un tour de table pour mieux cerner les attentes des entrepreneurs pr\u00e9sents et conna\u00eetre le profil de leurs clients, le jeune homme de 28 ans a propos\u00e9 \u00e0 nos start-upers de leur faire part de son retour d’exp\u00e9rience, des pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 \u00e9viter et des facteurs cl\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s. Car comme il le dit lui-m\u00eame, rien ne vaut la d\u00e9mo par l’exemple !<\/span><\/div>\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9e il y a 4 ans, FONCTION:SUPPORT propose <\/span>des solutions op\u00e9rationnelles pour accompagner les entreprises sur leurs fonctions RH, Achat, Marketing et Organisation<\/span>. Ayant su <\/span>gagner la confiance d\u2019acteurs locaux, PME et grandes entreprises, <\/span>FONCTION:SUPPORT <\/span>conna\u00eet aujourd’hui un d\u00e9veloppement soutenu avec 120 clients au compteur et 1 million d’euros de chiffre d’affaire cette ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une belle r\u00e9ussite dont Julien rappelle les fondements<\/span> : la <\/b><\/span>culture de la rencontre.<\/span><\/b> Toujours primordiale chez <\/span>FONCTION:SUPPORT,<\/span> la rencontre avec les clients doit \u00eatre la base de toute d\u00e9marche commerciale car elle<\/span> permet de structurer sa pens\u00e9e, de v\u00e9rifier la coh\u00e9rence de son offre et de se remettre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en question. Julien explique ensuite aux entrepreneurs pourquoi il lui semble important de se projeter sur un volume d’activit\u00e9s<\/b>, afin de passer d’un business plan \u00e0 un plan d’action et pouvoir piloter la croissance. <\/span>En guise de conclusion, Julien a insist\u00e9 sur l’importance d’int\u00e9grer dans les pratiques de travail les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9barbatives, mais cr\u00e9atrices de valeur<\/b>. <\/span>

<\/span>Riche en interactions, la discussion a <\/span>\u00e9galement <\/span>permis \u00e0 Julien de confronter sa vision du business B to B \u00e0 celle des <\/span>start-upers du Tarmac, qui ne manquent pas d’id\u00e9es sur la question.
