Comment fonctionne le processus de d\u00e9cision ? Que devient l&rsquo;organigramme dans une SCOP ? Quid du management ?&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; color: #333333; line-height: 14px;\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces interrogations, trois jeunes dirigeants de SCOP<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">,<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background: white; color: #333333; line-height: 107%;\">Laurence Ruffin PDG d&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alma.fr\/\">Alma<\/a>, Cyril Zorman g\u00e9rant de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.probesys.com\/\">Probesys<\/a>, Philippe Bollard, fondateur de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coriolys.fr\/fr\/\">Coriolys<\/a>accompagn\u00e9 de son associ\u00e9e Flor Vasseur, <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">ont pu tour \u00e0 tour revenir sur les principes inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 au fonctionnement particulier parfois m\u00e9connu de l&rsquo;entreprise traditionnelle, puisque seulement une entreprise sur 1 000 est une SCOP. En s&rsquo;appuyant sur des exemples \u00e9manent de chacune de leurs structures, qui poss\u00e8dent elles-m\u00eames des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s qui leur sont propres (taille, anciennet\u00e9, objectifs&#8230;), tous ont partag\u00e9 leur exp\u00e9rience <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 14.2666664123535px;\">en abordant notamment des sujets relatifs \u00e0 la notion de management. Une notion qui ne se pr\u00e9sente pas comme \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9vidente\u00a0\u00bb dans une organisation coop\u00e9rative o\u00f9 \u00ab\u00a0un homme \u00e9gale une voix\u00a0\u00bb, comme l&rsquo;ont soulign\u00e9 Cyril Zorman et Laurence Ruffin.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 14.2666664123535px;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir abord\u00e9 les raisons qui les ont fait choisir ce mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique, mod\u00e8le qui a d&rsquo;ailleurs fortement \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis sa cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 la fin du 19e si\u00e8cle, les intervenants se sont pench\u00e9s sur les&nbsp;caract\u00e9ristiques&nbsp;des SCOP, du&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">recrutement \u00e0 la culture d\u2019entreprise en passant par la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de transparence et l&rsquo;indispensable implication de la part des salari\u00e9s\/associ\u00e9s pour que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 puisse fonctionner et \u00e9voluer.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\">Des th\u00e9matiques qui n&rsquo;ont pas laiss\u00e9 les participants indiff\u00e9rents puisque s&rsquo;en sont suivies de nombreuses questions sur la place de valorisation individuelle des associ\u00e9s, mais aussi sur l&rsquo;antagonisme entre salari\u00e9\/associ\u00e9 pouvant cr\u00e9er un sentiment de \u00ab\u00a0schizophr\u00e9nie\u00a0\u00bb, la pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rance de femmes dirigeantes au sein des SCOP&#8230;&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\">Mais la SCOP, comme l&rsquo;ont rappel\u00e9 les trois intervenants,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\">est avant tout une aventure humaine,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
