Il n\u2019y a certes pas de recette miracle, mais pour autant, quelques pratiques innovantes peuvent inspirer les recruteurs pour se d\u00e9marquer sur un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi devenu particuli\u00e8rement concurrentiel&nbsp;!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grenoble-ecobiz.biz\/jcms\/rec_334652\/fr\/espace-public-rh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">club RH Ecobiz<\/a> se r\u00e9unissait ainsi le 30 juin dernier au CESI pour mettre en valeur 4 pratiques inspirantes, dont 2 initi\u00e9es par des entreprises inovalliennes\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retour en tips sur les ateliers<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un constat&nbsp;: des mutations soci\u00e9tales \u00e0 prendre en compte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cabinet de recrutement Talexim le confirmait&nbsp;: <strong>le monde de l\u2019emploi est en pleine mutation<\/strong>. Le rapport de force recruteurs \/ recrut\u00e9s s\u2019est invers\u00e9, les attentes en mati\u00e8re de QVT sont tr\u00e8s fortes, comme l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie pro \/ vie perso, la flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail deviennent des incontournables, et la force de la digitalisation comme l\u2019explosion des slahers ne fait plus du travail au bureau une fin en soi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surtout, si aujourd\u2019hui 4 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations se c\u00f4toient dans les entreprises (les baby-boomers, les X, les Y et les Z), d\u2019ici 2040, 70% des collaborateurs seront issus des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations Y et Z, avec des attentes et fonctionnements tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. Ainsi, une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par the Conversation r\u00e9v\u00e8le sur le site des Echos que les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont sensibles \u00e0 une nouvelle forme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur les <strong>dimensions \u00e9motionnelles, sociales, collaboratives, entrepreneuriales et \u00e9thiques.<\/strong> Les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont ainsi <strong>fid\u00e8les \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe<\/strong> plus qu\u2019\u00e0 un manager, et attendent de leur employeur&nbsp;authenticit\u00e9, cr\u00e9ation, engagement, ultra-connexion et partage affectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innover pour recruter&nbsp;: ADEX mise sur le digital<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e9rome Fernandez, responsable RH au sein du cabinet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabinetadex.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adex<\/a>, a choisi, pour se d\u00e9marquer aupr\u00e8s des candidats, et notamment des nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, de miser sur le digital pour recruter autrement qu\u2019avec un CV, une lettre de motivation et un entretien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, pour s\u2019adapter aux nouveaux modes de communication des candidats, mais aussi pour se donner les moyens de d\u00e9tecter des personnalit\u00e9s au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences, ADEX a choisi de s\u2019appuyer sur l\u2019outil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visiotalent.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Visio Talents<\/a> <strong>pour permettre aux candidats de se pr\u00e9senter \u2026 en vid\u00e9o<\/strong>&nbsp;!  Une mani\u00e8re originale de donner la parole aux candidats, de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus naturelle, puisqu\u2019ils s\u2019enregistrent eux-m\u00eames autour de quelques questions choisies par le recruteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et le r\u00e9sultat est au RDV&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>cette solution nous a permis de recruter des profils atypiques que nous n\u2019aurions peut-\u00eatre pas retenus avec un CV, et surtout, cela cr\u00e9\u00e9e une exp\u00e9rience candidat extr\u00eamement positive sur notre entreprise<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb, souligne J\u00e9rome Fernandez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut dire qu\u2019ADEX <strong>soigne tout particuli\u00e8rement sa marque employeur et sa e-reputation<\/strong> \u00e0 destination des candidats. Ainsi, sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabinetadex.fr\/193-travailler-chez-adex.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">page carri\u00e8re<\/a> du site Adex, les futurs candidats peuvent d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019entreprise de mani\u00e8re immersive gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une visite virtuelle (qu\u2019ils peuvent m\u00eame faire avec leur casque VR), et o\u00f9 surtout, ils peuvent d\u00e9couvrir les \u00e9quipes au-del\u00e0 des locaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inovallee.com\/en\/resultats-inochallenge-2022-les-olympiades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les Olympiades d\u2019inovall\u00e9e<\/a> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour ADEX de valoriser sa marque employeur et de mettre en avant l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et la convivialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cap sur la gamification pour le CESI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cesi.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CESI<\/a>, c\u2019est la gamification qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie <strong>pour organiser ses jobdatings <\/strong>entre apprenants et entreprises. Ainsi, les jeunes en recherche d\u2019alternance sont immerg\u00e9s en \u00e9quipe dans un escape game ou autre serious play type L\u00e9go, avec une consigne relativement simple, pour des sessions de 15mn de jeu en \u00e9quipes de 4-5 candidats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recruteurs de leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019une grille d\u2019analyse qui leur permet d\u2019observer et de d\u00e9tecter des softskills, qu\u2019ils pourront ensuite challenger en speed-dating puis en entretien. Une m\u00e9thode particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante lorsque l\u2019on cherche \u00e0 identifier des profils de personnalit\u00e9s plus que des comp\u00e9tences techniques, dans la mesure o\u00f9 le jeu fait oublier aux candidats le contexte de recrutement et leur permet de se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus naturelle sur leur posture o\u00f9 leur mani\u00e8re d\u2019interagir en \u00e9quipe et mode coop\u00e9ratif.
