Riens ne doit \u00eatre laisser au hasard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce deuxi\u00e8me module r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement commercial, Cyril Souffi, aujourd\u2019hui entrepreneur et riche de 13 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience commerciale en B2B et B2C, \u00e9tait notre capitaine de bateau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment mener son entretien de vente pour maximiser les chances de conversion&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi une s\u00e9rie d\u2019outils et de bonnes pratiques qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s aux tarmaciens afin de mettre en place le bon protocole de rendez-vous qui optimisera les chances de conversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Poser un cadre&nbsp;:<\/strong> v\u00e9rifier avec son interlocuteur le temps qu\u2019il a pr\u00e9vu de nous consacrer&nbsp;; lui annoncer le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de l\u2019entretien (ex&nbsp;: je commence par poser des questions (entretien d\u00e9couverte) avant de pr\u00e9senter le produit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le questionnaire d\u00e9couverte&nbsp;: <\/strong>Il s\u2019agit ici de s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 son interlocuteur afin de trouver les bons leviers. Pour ce faire, plusieurs m\u00e9thodes peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e, parmi elle, <strong>la m\u00e9thode SONCAS<\/strong>, inspir\u00e9e de la pyramide de Maslow, qui r\u00e9pertorie cinq besoins fondamentaux de l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain. Elle permet de d\u00e9crypter les motivations d&rsquo;un prospect \u00e0 partir de six donn\u00e9es comportementales rationnelles (S\u00e9curit\u00e9, Confort, Argent) et irrationnelles (Orgueil, Nouveaut\u00e9, Sympathie). La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/2020\/11\/qu-est-ce-que-la-methode-soncas.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m\u00e9thode SONCAS<\/a> permet d\u2019adapter son entretien de vente au profil de son interlocuteur afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses attentes voire de les anticiper. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le closing et validation des besoins<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit ici de reformuler les besoins \u00e9voqu\u00e9s par son prospect en pointant les leviers de motivation identifi\u00e9s au pr\u00e9alable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019engagement&nbsp;: <\/strong>on parle souvent d\u2019entonnoir commercial. L\u2019id\u00e9e ici est d\u2019engager le prospect en obtenant un premier \u00ab&nbsp;oui&nbsp;\u00bb. Par exemple&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Si je vous apportais la solution, est-ce qu\u2019on aurait une chance de travailler ensemble&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb<strong>. <\/strong>Cette \u00e9tape cruciale permet d\u2019amener l\u2019argumentaire commercial, la pr\u00e9sentation de sa solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019argumentaire&nbsp;: <\/strong>bien trop souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d\u2019entretien, l\u2019argumentaire commercial gagne en pertinence s\u2019il arrive \u00e0 l\u2019issue du questionnaire d\u00e9couverte. Il permet de pr\u00e9senter de fa\u00e7on synth\u00e9tique l\u2019entreprise et la solution propos\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse aux besoins identifi\u00e9s. Plut\u00f4t que de lister l\u2019ensemble des arguments, il est plus pertinent d\u2019en s\u00e9lectionner 2 ou 3 en utilisant la m\u00e9thode SONCAS. Enfin, un argumentaire bien construit doit g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des objections, preuves de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le produit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le traitement des objections&nbsp;: <\/strong>Impossible de conclure une vente s&rsquo;il subsiste encore l&rsquo;ombre d&rsquo;un doute dans l&rsquo;esprit de l&rsquo;interlocuteur. Il vous faut dissiper l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des freins \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat. Ces derniers pourront \u00eatre lev\u00e9s en se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant l\u00e0 aussi aux leviers de motivation principaux de l\u2019interlocuteur. Une fois les objections trait\u00e9es, vous \u00eates en phase sur l\u2019offre propos\u00e9e et en mesure d\u2019annoncer le prix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le prix&nbsp;: <\/strong>l\u2019annonce du prix doit arriver en dernier, une fois que votre interlocuteur a pris le temps de se projeter et qu\u2019il est convaincu que votre produit va pouvoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 son\/ses besoins. Le prix est alors justifi\u00e9&nbsp;! En termes de bonnes pratiques, un prix de doit pas \u00eatre rond. Cela montre qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9cis et a \u00e9t\u00e9 minutieusement calcul\u00e9. Autre bonne pratique importante&nbsp;: une fois l\u2019annonce du prix faite, mieux vaut ne pas parler et laisser le client r\u00e9agir en premier.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019art de la n\u00e9gociation ou comment d\u00e9fendre son prix<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les motivations d\u2019une n\u00e9gociation peuvent varier. Il est donc important de les comprendre pour mieux y faire face. L\u2019interlocuteur n\u00e9gocie-t-il par plaisir, \u00e0 cause de son budget, ou encore par souci de mise en concurrence&nbsp;? Dans tous les cas une n\u00e9gociation doit \u00eatre combattive pour le client afin de sentir que l\u2019offre est pertinente. Il convient donc de ne pas dire \u00ab&nbsp;oui&nbsp;\u00bb tout de suite et d\u00e9ployer ses armes dans le bon ordre&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Rappeler les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices clients.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9composer le prix<\/strong> (fab, R&amp;D, conseil, etc.), cela suffit dans 80% des cas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proposer une facilit\u00e9 de paiement<\/strong> (qqch qu\u2019on est capable de supporter dans le mod\u00e8le \u00e9co)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9duire un \u00e9l\u00e9ment <\/strong>de l\u2019offre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proposer une remise commerciale<\/strong> mais avec <strong>contrepartie obligatoire. <\/strong>Cela prot\u00e8ge d\u2019un client qui demande toujours plus. Quelques exemples&nbsp;: 1. Passer commande imm\u00e9diatement ; 2. Jouer sur les volumes ; 3. Rallonger dur\u00e9e de contrat ; 4. Demander une recommandation \u00e0 un confr\u00e8re ; 5.
