Notre forte pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 l&rsquo;export nous permet de couvrir \u00e0 ce jour l&rsquo;Europe, l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique et l&rsquo;Asie et de r\u00e9aliser un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires global de 16 M\u20ac en 2015.<br \/>\nAfin de poursuivre notre d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l&rsquo;international, nous recherchons activement un <strong>Responsable Commercial pour la zone Europe<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Missions<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAu sein de notre \u00e9quipe de vente (11 p.) et sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de notre Directeur des ventes de produits, vous \u00eates responsable du d\u00e9veloppement des ventes de produits sur l&rsquo;Europe et de l&rsquo;atteinte du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires vis\u00e9. Vous garantissez la satisfaction des clients et la r\u00e9putation de Dolphin sur ce territoire.<br \/>\nAinsi, vous reprenez le suivi de comptes existants habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 une haute qualit\u00e9 de service : accompagnement de proximit\u00e9, compr\u00e9hension de leurs enjeux, bonne ad\u00e9quation des solutions propos\u00e9es et forte r\u00e9activit\u00e9. En mati\u00e8re de conqu\u00eate, vous avez un go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9 pour la prospection et parvenez \u00e0 identifier les besoins des prospects en interaction avec nos ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;application et nos responsables produits.<br \/>\nVous prenez part \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes du cycle de vente de nos produits, de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de l&rsquo;offre \u00e0 sa n\u00e9gociation, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la prise de commande. Nos cycles de ventes requi\u00e8rent une phase de d\u00e9couverte et de qualification pr\u00e9cise permettant d&rsquo;aboutir \u00e0 une proposition technique adapt\u00e9e. Enfin, vous assurez le suivi commercial apr\u00e8s-vente pour p\u00e9renniser la relation commerciale et faciliter les ventes futures. Par ailleurs, vous assurez la remont\u00e9e des informations \u00ab\u00a0terrain\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe marketing permettant de mieux comprendre les march\u00e9s et d&rsquo;adapter notre offre produits en cons\u00e9quence.
