The Production Officer permanent position is based near Grenoble (Meylan, France).

Your Mission :

 You guarantee the good quality of deployments of the Kayentis solution by participating in the validation stages of installations in the design phase and validation of products and projects
 You perform deployments (Installation of client platforms, change management, migrations of software components, etc.)
 You participate to the monitoring of business platforms
 You handle requests & incidents on the exploitation of customer productions of customer productions
As member of the production team:
 You work closely with the implementation teams to qualify installation of Client platforms
 You install & upgrade client platforms
 You monitor the technical and Equipment resource needs related to operational activities
 You participate to the projects improving production and operating activities
 You handle requests related to the exploitation of customer productions:
o By investigating alongside supports teams on incidents occurring on customers production platforms
o By treating requests requiring restricted servers control access
Your profile :

 Bac + 2 level or equivalent with specialization in computer science
 Experience of minimum 2 years in a similar environment
 Good technical fluency in IT is essential, including systems and network administration
 An experience in a similar position in an IT department is a plus
 You demonstrate rigor and reliability in execution
 You demonstrate an analytical mind
 Your English level is fluent & technical
