Sports activities

inovallée offers sporting activities to technopole employees.
Schedules are set during the lunch break, allowing you to flourish in your workplace and avoid additional travel.

We remind you that the CONTRIBUTION (€10) is obligatory to be able to participate in sporting activities.
We will be obliged to cancel the registration for the activity of any employee who has not paid their contribution.

yoga

Location: Maupertuis multipurpose room – Allée des Etangs – Meylan. Next to the Maupertuis school group

Maëlle MAISIN has been teaching Yoga for 9 years. She initially graduated in Energy Yoga (600 hours of training) which is a Progressive Hatha Yoga. Then Maëlle Maisin explored many other practices: Kashmir Yoga, Yengar Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra... as well as Vinyasa Yoga, a more physically intense practice.

Maëlle Maisin now offers sessions consisting of postural work to tone and stretch the body, breathing exercises, listening time and feeling.
Pendant la séance, les postures s’enchaînent en fluidité et en conscience des sensations. Et les séances finissent toujours par une relaxation !

This yoga is accessible to everyone: the physical practice is carried out gently, listening and respecting everyone's limits.
